"It's been a memorable experience to learn yoga from Abhishek sir. When we were in mountaineering Institute, training under para sf commandos, long ascending treks with 20 Kgs weight use to drain a lot of energy. At the end of the day 1 session of Abhishek sir in the tent brings up with a lot of flexibility and body movements. We were blessed that we completed the whole 30 days coarse without any injuries.
